Hi Michael, Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. If the issue persists, I suggest you to download the driver from the manufactures website and install labelmanaber in compatibility mode and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
MichaelStickland Created on October 1, For such a tiny device, it looks like a rather massive install. Type troubleshooting in the search bar. We are working on resolving this issue so that it will not be necessary anymore but until then this labelmanage get you up and running.
